1. The service

Cardly.pk ("Cardly", "we") lets you create digital invitations from templates and publish them at a cardly.pk link for the period included in the plan you purchase.

2. Accounts

You sign in with Google or an email code. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in email secure.

3. Payment and refunds

Plans are a one-time fee per invitation, payable before publishing. Manual payments (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, bank transfer) are confirmed by us, usually within 24 hours. If a published card does not work for a technical reason we cannot fix, we refund the plan in full. Change-of-mind refunds after publishing are not available.

4. Your content

You keep all rights to the names, photos, text and music you upload, and you confirm you have permission to use them. You must not upload unlawful, abusive or infringing content. We may remove content that breaks these terms.

5. Templates

Templates, artwork and animations are licensed to you for the published invitation only and may not be copied or resold.

6. Availability

We aim for the service to be available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Published invitations expire at the end of the plan period unless extended.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected invitation.
